Remote Utilities Printing Blank Pages

In this video, you can see me using RU Printer from the Host to the “problem” Viewer PC, and you’ll see that the text on the MS Word document is large and visible when the document has reached the Host for printing. I saved to PDF for this demo, but when this problem is happening both paper and PDF are blank. In case you think we have a problem with the local printer, I can assure you we tested local printing and that works just fine (printing a local document on the Viewer PC and even dragging a PDF from the Host to the “problem” Viewer PC and printing that document, both fine).
